  I have been eating salt beef for all of my 56 years... a good Newfie girl. I bought a bucket of cured Beef Navel to make for dinner tonight. When I opened the bucket and pulled out the contents to clean it for cooking I was shocked to see the meat.. or should I say.. lack of meat. That 2 kg bucket was so full of fat that it took up almost the entire bucket. There is not enough meat in it for my husband and I to make a dinner out of it... with the meat still with about 1/2 fat and half meat ratio I can fit the whole thing in one small 3 litre pot with lots of room for water! Why on earth would someone in your company fill a bucket with fat? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Now I have to find something at the grocery store to go with it... and I don't appreciate having to go out in this nasty weather, thank you very much. I have been disappointed badly twice with your buckets and lack of meat.. this time I am beyond disappointed. Why on earth would I have to pay for two buckets. that's forty dollars .. for enough for just one meal? I'm so incredibly frustrated. You're losing a good customer here. SO unhappy!!
